Capital One Banking Reimagined Tour
Capital One emerged from the financial crisis determined to build a better, more customer-focused banking experience. Our team helped them design a new, immersive digital banking experience which we brought to life as the Capital One Banking Reimagined Tour.
We hit the road with a digitally connected consumer experience designed to spark new ideas about individual finances and to help people understand how Capital One can provide unique strategies for their personal financial journey ahead. This tech-driven tour did just that. The footprint was anchored by a 53’ customized expandable trailer that housed several digital engagements all linked together through lanyards participants wore as they moved through the experience. The Tour made stops in (10) priority markets across the country coinciding with Capital One Café Grand Openings in each, to tell our story with a hands-on introduction to what was to come.
Over 40,000 consumers experienced the tour in person with an additional 430 million impressions generated online through earned social and media coverage.
